Executive Producer Casey Hudson has confirmed that in the final installation of Mass Effect the male Shepard will be able to seek a same sex romance. For those who don’t know you have had the option of pursuing a female romance, if you were female, but not male – male.

Well it would appear that Sony is a bit ahead of schedule for the first time in a long time. Soon, if it hasn’t happened for you yet, you should be able to start accessing the PSN. That means you can change your password, sync your trophies, and start battling those who have returned online.

For those out there going to PAX Prime, I have to say that I shall be with you yet again. I’ll be there to see what awesome stuff will be shown off, what panels will blow my mind, and what key points will be dropped in the keynote speech. With all the camaraderie and gaming, what more could anyone ask for? Well it would appear that Bungie wants to make it even better.

Well if you have somehow avoided getting a Wii, and were just dying to get a Wii Bundle for $150, you’re almost in luck. Nintendo has announced that they will be offering up this wonderful bundle for tha texact amount starting May 15th.

Since we are now in an age in which every major franchise deserves to be immortalized in a Lego game it comes as no big surprise that Pirates of the Caribbean would be one such title included in the mix. Now for those dying to step into that world and battle along side Jack Sparrow as you go on one grand adventure, I have this to say to you, the wait is short. Turns out that this game is destined to come out May 10th, that’s right within a week.

So it would appear that the PlayStation Network wasn’t the only thing hit by hackers. Sony is now reporting that on April 16th and 17th they also got attacked on the Sony Online Entertainment service. This attack has left 24.6 million vulnerable with names, addresses, account names and passwords stolen. There’s also a report that over a thousand non-american credit card numbers and expiration dates from European nations have also been taken.

According to the latest Sony security release, a 2007 database with approximately 12,700 credit card numbers with expiration dates and 10,700 direct debit records, all from outside the US, may have been compromised.

Well the PSN has been down for at least 2 weeks now, and it would appear that it will finally be coming back in a crippled state soon, and then fully live in about a week. Sony will of course continue to be busy on this issue, but they are rolling around ideas of what to say to those out there effected, and for those who simply still have a PlayStation 3 after the attack that caused so much information to be stolen.
