The First Amendmant and why it matters to gamers (or just me)

I know it’s been mentioned in the past around Altered Confusion, but this editorial post as Kotaku post regarding the Supreme Court of the United States hearing of the court case Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Association and Entertainment Software Association [a link to more specific Scotusblog summary of the case] brought the whole case back to my mind so figured I’d write about it here.
